Well, wisdom about the benefits of natural foods certainly doesn’t hurt. The Apostle Paul stated in Romans 12 that we are to present our bodies a “living sacrifice,” holy and acceptable, to God. We are to renew our minds and not be conformed to the world in order to prove the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Eating the wrong foods certainly does not allow the believer to glorify God in his body. Yet, many Christians have never taken the time to find out what is in the food they are eating.
Food today is processed in such a manner that many of its healthy properties have been weakened. Many illnesses could be avoided by eating food that is not contaminated. Therefore, eating foods in their most natural form is advisable, but by no means should it replace living by faith.
