ALL FOR YOUR SAKE
Isaiah 53 vs
5.¶But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. [KJV]
OUR focused text above lays emphasis on “OUR”, meaning the Messiah endured the cross for our sake. Put yourself in the verse and personalize it. If you have difficulty in accepting and experiencing what Christ came to do for you on the cross on this earth, how will you truly believe you can enjoy heaven? *Our willingness to believe and enjoy what Jesus has provided for us here on earth gives us the full assurance that what He promised hereafter can never fail*. For “He is faithful who promised” (Heb 10:23).
Christianity should not be a mirage to you. Be ready to enjoy what He has done for you here on earth. Look, believe and live it! It is needful to establish these eternal truths in your spirit, soul and body; Your transgressions or sins sent Jesus on the cross. It caused God His ultimate Gift ever to mankind. For God so loved the world that He GAVE His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON…(John 3:16). He did not only come to deal with our sins but “was manifested that He might DESTROY the WORKS of the devil” (1John 3:8). Beloved, what are the works of the devil? Whatever contradicts the Divine nature is the work of the devil;-sin, death, failure, poverty, sickness, curses etc.
Such things are not consistent with the nature of God. That’s why He sent Jesus that whoever believes in Him would partake of His nature. For He is self-existent in all things-(JEHOVAH). Beloved, it is enough that Jesus died for you. All that He did and went through was for your sake. You (NOT HIM) needed salvation, help, power, holiness, wealth, health, faith. Living in this reality will help you to pray rightly, not to be asking God to do or give you what He has already done or given. He did ALL FOR YOU; henceforth, sicknesses and any assault of the devil has no legal right over you. You are the very blessed of the Lord. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
Gracious Father, thank You for given me Your ultimate Gift, Jesus, to make my life best from worst. My sins are no more because He was wounded, my guilt is gone because He was bruised. I am healthy and made whole by reason of His stripes. He did all for my sake. Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen!Enjoy A Blessed Tuesday !
