GIVE THANKS WITH A GRATEFUL HEART

IF YOU are reading today’s devotional, then give all the glory and thanks to the Almighty God for His goodness, kindness, mercy, love, favour and grace lavished on our lives. Truly, it is only God who has done all things beautiful for us in His time. For no man can give you breath even for a second. He has ushered us into a brand new day. Hallelujah ! Yesterday was glorious yet we believe God for more glorious levels today. Today is God’s investment in your life. Seize all the amazing opportunities and maximise them to your advantage.
As a New Creation, one great privilege you have now is to give thanks to God for all that He has done. Our opening Scripture admonishes us to give thanks to God always for all things. Express your heartfelt gratitude to God for all things through the Lord Jesus. He is a loving and caring Father who deserves thanksgiving. God sent forth His Son to die on the cross for your sins; He ushered you into His finished works to freely enjoy them. Give Him thanks, “for this is the will of God in Christ concerning you” (1 Thess 5:18).
Thanksgiving is an act of love and faith towards God. As you do it with a cheerful, grateful and willing heart, it will unlock whatever desire you expect this today. God inhabits the praises of His people, so as you offer praises and give Him thanks, you activate divine presence over everything in your life (Psalm 22:3). Beloved, leave the past behind and enjoy this day with hope and faith all grounded on a grateful expression of thanksgiving from your heart to the LORD. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always. Amen!
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank You for launching me into another glorious day. It is not by my might, strength or power. It’s all by Your grace and I won’t take it lightly. With You, my day will be full of blessings. I express my heartfelt gratitude unto You. I worship You Lord. Take all the glory for all You’ve done in my life in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
