APOSTLE Paul asked the Romans a very profound and thought- provoking question in our opening scripture. While we were yet sinners, God sent His only begotten Son to die for us to redeem us from sins, sicknesses, poverty and the works of the devil (Rom 5:8;1John 3:8). The first best and ultimate gift any believer has from Papa God is Jesus. And God did not withhold Him from us. The work concerning your total redemption has been taken care of by Jesus. So the other things that are connected with it, are they greater than God’s gift Jesus? No!

What is it that you need in life that is so valuable or greater than the Lord Jesus. Note that it cost God all His effort to give us Jesus. Jesus is God’s “last card” for the world (1 John 2:2). He is bigger and greater than anything you’ll ever need in this life. *This is reality that all you’ll ever need in life is wrapped in Jesus.* So Paul asked “won’t He with Him (Jesus) freely give us all things? Why with Him? Because with Him are all things made (Col 1:16). Why freely ? because Jesus has paid for all. Yes! whatever you can enjoy freely has been fully paid by Jesus. He said “ALL THINGS”; everything you ever need that is needful to fulfill your divine assignment on earth.

There is no spiritual, physical, material or financial need that is greater than Jesus Christ. Beloved, understanding this reality will change your perception about prayer. It will also change your mindset towards God. He won’t withhold any good thing from those walk upright in Christ (Ps 84:11). If God did not spare you His ultimate gift, then He won’t spare you anything worthwhile in your life. Just walk by faith and act in accordance to the principles of receiving from Him. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
Thank You Father for giving me all things that pertain to life and godliness. You will never withhold any good thing from me because You gave me Your ultimate Gift, Jesus. All things are mine through Jesus. Therefore I shall never want in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
