YOU’RE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR

DAY IN day out we go through diverse challenges from different arenas. As a matter of truth, through Christ’s death, your destiny is restored to its “original-divine” state; your salvation, health, finance, prosperity are now intact and sealed in Christ by the Holy Spirit. However, the adversary will try to fight you out of God’s love, health, prosperity etc. But in all, you are to remain standing at all times (Eph 6:13,14). We don’t allow the times to “master” us but rather we master the times (Psalm 31:15).

Apostle Paul clearly illustrates what we can go through for the sake of the gospel. In the thirty-fifth verse, he told us some of the things that pose as challenges to God’s children; “who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword”? Since Christ first loved the church and gave Himself for her, it is of necessity to also make bold decisions to be rooted in the love of Christ to the extent that no one or thing can separate you from Him.

For His love empowers you to remain more than a conqueror at all times. His love for you never fails (1Cor 13:8). Beloved, there are many things you will face for the sake of Christ. However, some people do suffer, not for Christ’s sake. Their own ignorance of God’s word is the reason they suffer (Hos 4:6). To be persecuted for the sake of Christ is always worth it, though it may not always be pleasant.

In times of challenges, it is the unfeigned love of Christ you acknowledge that will determine whether you will stand or “shake”. But, remember, as new creations, we don’t suffer defeat. So you can stand and boldly declare “in all these things I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loved me”. Know that it is the love of Christ which puts you over life’s challenges. You are made more than a conqueror, so remain as such through Christ’s love. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

I DECLARE
I am more than a conqueror through Christ’s love and not by my own strength. No challenge can dare me. No demon or man can scare me. Because my life is anchored on the One who loves me and gave Himself for me. I am made a winner. I advance in glory and power. I am a champion through Christ Jesus. Hallelujah !
