GLORIOUS greetings Cherished one. One great key to progress in life is heeding to godly instructions. How quickly you heed to godly instructions determines how successful you become in life. Proverbs 4:13 says “Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go; Keep her, for she is your life”. This is so vital because it has the key to release the ordained results like what happened at the wedding ceremony. Our focal text is a statement from the mother of Jesus, Mary to the servants when they run out of wine. Here, Mary created an atmosphere for a miracle to take place in time of lack.
She knew her Son and what He could do, so she unveiled the secret to the servants; “Whatever He says to you, do it” (John 2:1-5). Whatever God tells you, just do it because it is for your benefit. It will save you a lot of trouble in this world. When you are instructed by your boss or leaders to pursue a worthy course, do it, don’t complain and give excuses because that may be the doorway to your promotion. Every godly instruction obeyed serves as a golden key to open a golden door in your life. The servants had the choice to reject what Jesus said anyway; However, we wouldn’t be using their story in the affirmative today.
Many have quit on their way to success and later begged those they started with at the scratch who kept on moving. Beloved, heeding fast to instruction is the key to constant progression and sustenance. Their obedience led to the success of the wedding instead of the shame that the lack of wine could have brought. Avoid procrastination and excuses to duties and godly instructions. Godly instructions do not give room for options but actions. Just do it ! Besides, as a New Creation, God gives you enough grace to do whatever He tells you. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always. Amen!

Father, thank You for godly instructions to guide my life into prosperity, life, health and righteousness. I ask and receive great humility and grace to heed to Your word and that of my brethren in Jesus Name. Amen!
