God Almighty desires His children to take charge of the things He created and situations. God in His own wisdom never want to see His children overcome by anything ungodly. Our opening scripture says, “God blessed them and told them to take charge”. The power, strength and ability to take charge and be responsible was impacted to them when He proclaimed them blessed. The word “blessed” also means “empowered”. God has empowered you to take charge. *Mankind’s refusal to take charge of situations and circumstances by the power vested in him led to the great fall.*

Whatever you refuse to dominate will eventually turn to dominate you. But thanks be to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who always causes us to triumph in all things. Nothing and absolutely nothing should dominate you as a child of God. The Apostle reiterated to the born again in Christ that “Sin shall not have dominion over you” (Rom 6:14). The same goes for anything ungodly and unworthy such as poverty, sickness, failure, demons etc. There are men and women throughout scripture and in real life who never allowed situations to dominate their lives.

Though some failed but rose up again to take charge by the mercies and grace of God. David, Moses, Mary Magdalene, Peter, Thomas, Paul and many others are good examples. Cherished one, many people and situations will try to knock you off your feet but remember you’ve got all it takes to take charge; not by your own strength but the power of the Holy Spirit which works within you. Take charge of your relationship, marriage, business, Christian life, economy, academics, ministry etc. Don’t let the challenges of life dominate you no matter how hard they try because greater is He that lives in you than he that is in the world (1John 4:4). Take charge! The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you always.

PRAYER
Thank You Glorious Father for the power to take charge and dominate circumstances. Thank You for causing me to always triumph in Christ Jesus. I am the head and not the tail. I take charge and dominate everything in my sphere of contact by the power of the Holy Spirit in the Name of Jesus. Amen !
