Apostle John’s encounter in heaven unveils to the saints some of the real experiences that take place in Heaven, especially before the throne of God. He informed us of the twenty-four elders and four living creatures and their task of bowing and worshiping the Lord God Almighty with a great utterance saying “Hallelujah”.
Hallelujah is one of the most used word in the Christendom. It is used daily in our meetings and in songs to express thanksgiving or gratitude or adoration to God.

Anytime you declare or sing it, you are actually showering praises to the Lord most high. If the creatures in heaven declare praises to the almighty God, then it is expedient for us to emulate the same. The multitude of saints also shout “Hallelujah! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!” (Rev 19:6). Praise has an effect on God, the one praising and the devil. God inhabits the praise of his holy saints (Psalm 22:3), and the one praising benefits from His presence (Psalm 16:11). That presence devours anything ungodly and releases everything godly. The cohort of hell is brought to shame and reproach anytime you praise God.

Beloved, it’s more than a church slogan or a pause in preaching. It is a heavenly utterance which directly reaches the throne of God. Hallelujah ! This is our language, this is our way of life. Don’t wait till you pray or go to church before you say or sing Hallelujah. Praising God releases the presence of God which in turn creates the atmosphere for miracles, testimonies and strange encounters. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
Hallelujah Hallelujah, for the Lord God Almighty reigns. I sing praises to Your name most high. I worship You, Great One with the sacrifice of praise from my lips springing from the depths of my heart in Jesus Name ! Amen ! Hallelujah !
