THE PROVING OF YOUR FAITH
1 Peter 1 vs
7.■ “ That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.” ~《KJV》

CHERISHED ONE, as we school in the undiluted word of God, we are gradually enlightened to understand things that pertain to our life and the Kingdom. We’ve learnt that we are called to walk by faith and not by sensory perception. Your senses will limit you to only what the natural realm can provide. *But the eye of faith stretches beyond this realm to the things above, where Christ is gloriously seated.* That’s why the sacred scriptures says “Therefore, if you have been raised with the Messiah, keep focusing on the things that are above, where the Messiah is seated at the right hand of God” [Col 3:1]._
You can only focus on the things above with your faith eye. For faith brings to reality the things of the heavenly. So there is no other way to make great exploits in this life without faith. *However, it is wisdom to live in the balance of God’s word where you are in tuned to the whole (not half) counsel of God.* Therefore note that living a life of faith doesn’t mean there wouldn’t be challenges. Since you were not raptured to heaven after salvation, your faith life will be tempted, tested and tried with diverse persecutions, challenges and situations. Your fidelity, integrity and virtue concerning God’s word will be tested or proven in diverse ways.
Nevertheless, a faith life solely built on God’s unfailing Word will soar higher over any difficulties. Yes, faith is the shield that pushes you above the challenges; faith is a weapon to triumph over them (Eph 6:16). When faced with such challenges, remember what God’s word has said about your life, finances, marriage, business, family, health etc. Because, in all, the testing of your faith is to bring forth praise, honour and glory unto Jesus Christ. If you continue to stand in faith, God is more than able to use all the challenges, trials and persecutions to your advantage. Yes, God has designed that all things would work together for your good even when your faith is proven (Romans 8:28). The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
Dear Glorious Father, thank You for the faith to stand at all times even in the midst of challenges, persecution and trials. I believe no amount of challenges can change Your plans for me. For I know that all things are working together for my good and bringing so much honour and glory unto Your Name in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!_
