MOUNTING UP BY PRAYER

ONE inevitable force for living a triumphant life is prayer. Prayer evokes the supernatural. To live on this earth without prayer is a great error. God’s precious treasure, I can confidently assure you that the best and perfect Person to learn and emulate your prayer life from is Jesus. He prayed and received answers. Jesus had a constant fellowship with the Father through prayer. He never took it for granted even though He was the Son of God from above. In our opening text, He even prayed all night before choosing and ordaining His twelve disciples.

He prayed while enjoying ministry. He prayed when His time of crucifixion was near (Mat 26:36). He never gave up on prayer (Luke 18:) What made Him pray like that? One reason was that prayer is a way to mount up in this life. To mount up means to rise up, increase, exalt, stir up or excel. Jesus knew that He would never fulfill His ministry successfully without prayer. Cherished one, never forsake prayer in your life. Get all the necessary degrees and certificates; work smart and diligently; connect with the right people you need in your life but NEVER let anything or anyone take the place of prayer in your life.

Prayer is a spiritual mounting up system engineered for all round and total victory. You need it at your workplace, ministry, marriage, academics, health, nation, finances, spiritual life etc. Prayer has a special solution effect on your life. After prayer, an angel came to strengthen Jesus to carry on with His assignment (Luke 22:43). Through prayer, He had serious encounters with the prophets of old (Luke 9:28-31). Through prayer, He submitted to the will and purpose of God for His life (Matthew 26:39). Jesus set a great precedent for all those who will believe in Him. You are not exempted. Get set and mount up through intensive unquenchable prayer. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
Ever-Faithful Father, thank You for the privilege to have a sweet communion with You through prayer. I take advantage of this spiritual platform to mount up in power, anointing, glory, faith, love, faithfulness and righteousness in Jesus Name. Amen !_
