24/7 DOXA Content, 12th May-LOVE BEYOND BOUNDARIES

BELOVED of God, you must clearly understand why God came in the flesh. Besides all other reasons, Jesus came to this world to perfectly show us the heart of our heavenly Father. The holy scriptures enjoins that Jesus is the brightness of the Father’s glory, and the express image of His person (Heb 1:3). Therefore, all that Jesus did, said and taught is in sync with who, what and how our heavenly Father wants it. *So it is always wise and prudent to take the words of Christ seriously and live by them.* For through His spoken words we are cleansed and sanctified for greatness (John 15:3).

Jesus unveiled an uncommon truth in our focused text that “If you love only those who love you, why should you get credit for that ? There are multi dimensions of love stated in the holy Bible. First love God with everything within you. Two, love your neighbour as yourself. Three, love your enemies and those who don’t even show you love. Love has been expressed as powerful when it’s received and responded in the same vein. But there are those who do not love you or anything you do. However, Christians are not of this worldly system; so we are admonished to express love to those who don’t even love us.

Thus, we must love beyond certain fixed boundaries. When you do that, then you can have the credit for that love. Jesus quizzed that when you only love those who love you, it isn’t a credit for you because even sinners do the same. Therefore, our love lifestyle must exceed that of sinners. There are many unloving people around us in our families, workplaces, nation etc. But we are the only agents of love around them. Cherished one, Jesus says let your love go beyond the boundaries of those who love you. Extend it to those who do not love you. There is grace and ability in Christ for you to do this; you can’t do this all by your strength or wisdom. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
Dear Wise Father, thank You for showing me high spiritual principle which makes me established in You. By the power of Your Spirit in me, I love beyond boundaries of those love me. I extend my love lifestyle to those who don’t love me. I am Your glorious agent of dispensing Your love to others in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
