It’s an established fact that Jesus had a kingdom perspective of almost everything. And getting a hold of the kingdom perspective is very key to enjoying a life of success. Jesus’ exposition of the kingdom declares that His kingdom is superior to any other kingdom. It takes a superior kingdom to conquer other kingdoms and worldly forces. Jesus shows us how to have our needs met without worrying or living like the secular world (Mat 6:32). He therefore revealed to us the ultimate formula for a glorious life in our opening text.

And that’s to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things shall be added. The order here is very important. Seek first the kingdom, not second or third or last. Seeking the kingdom means to have a constant and unquenchable crave, desire, concern and pursuit for the kingdom of God and His righteousness. It also means placing a demand on all that God stands for. Therefore, you are to become a “God seeker” in order to enjoy all that’s in Him. It’s within the Kingdom that you learn from the King, His domain and principles, interest or initiatives.

The righteousness of God is expressively revealed in His Son, Jesus Christ. For it is within His imputed righteousness that we can live holy and righteous lives (Romans 5:17). Jesus is teaching us to have the Kingdom approach to life in order to receive the bonuses that come with it. Have the kingdom approach to all areas of your life to the extend that all your earthly demands comes from the Kingdom of God. And this a life of faith. We must learn total dependency on God and His provision with a kingdom view. God’s kingdom and His ways of living should be your priority and approach to life’s success. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always

PRAYER 
Faithful Father, thank You that Your Kingdom has come and Your will is done in my life. I humbly desire, crave and seek first Your Kingdom and righteousness in every aspect of my life. Every resource I need to fulfill my assignment is added unto me in superabundance in Jesus Name. Amen!
