GRACE TO LIVE RESPONSIBLY
1 Corinthians 15 vs
10.But by God’s grace I am what I am, and his grace shown to me was not wasted. Instead, I worked harder than all the others—not I, of course, but God’s grace that was with me.~|ISV|
THE world will never be the same if all people live up to their responsibilities. The scripture unveils a timeless truth in 1 Timothy 5:8 “But if someone does not provide for his own, especially his own family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” This implies that your Christian faith is tied to being responsible in all things, including providing for your family. Responsibility is a necessity for life. Without it nothing will keep on working.
Therefore, refuse to shirk or run away from responsibilities. The more you run away from responsibilities, the more you create liabilities for yourself and others at the long run. The responsibility you run away from today will definitely face you one day. God knows that they day of accountability will come, that’s why he empowers you to be responsible. Don’t hide under faith and grace and live an irresponsible Christian life because there’s no where in scripture faith or grace encouraged that. Faith and grace are your best “divine tools” to help you fulfill and perform every responsibility. The Apostle affirmed that he was able to labour more through the grace of God.
Thus, grace is given to you to labour more in your Christian journey. Note, Grace is your sure master-card for living a responsible life. By His grace you can be responsible in your spiritual life, finances, marriage, ministry, academics etc. Cherished one, determine to be a responsible Christian, father, mother, husband, wife, employer or employee etc. Your God, family and nation will be very proud of you. You are able because you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Wake up, step up, listen up and live up to the exact life Christ gave you; be responsible. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be you always.
In the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, I am living a responsible life through the grace of God. His grace lavished on me will never be in vain. I choose to labour more with the grace and enjoy a fruitful life in all aspect of my life. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Hallelujah!
Enjoy A Triumphant Thursday
