»»23.Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.-|KJV|
ACCORDING to the sacred scriptures, God is a Spirit. However, the same confirmed that God was manifested in the flesh. Paul’s epistle to Timothy clarifies it “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory (1Timothy 3:16). Behold the wisdom and providence of God! *The mysteries in the Kingdom are wrapped in spiritual understanding, not by the senses.* Our focused text is a fulfillment of prophecy in Isaiah 7:14.
Two great mysteries that make Christianity powerful is “God manifested in the flesh” and “the virgin birth of Jesus”. To doubt these truth means you are not born again. *As irrational as it sounds to the senses, these truths display the wisdom of God whose ways are perfect and past finding out.* Beloved, “Emmanuel” means “God with us” or “with us is God”. It is the symbolic and prophetic name of the Messiah, the Christ. Jesus is called Emmanuel, or God with us, in his incarnation. Thus, God united to our nature -God with man – God in man. God with us by the influences of his Holy Spirit. Yes, the Word became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:14). This truth changed the course of humanity and history. Hallelujah!
Precious one, Divinity came so close to live with man to execute the assignment of salvation, redemption and deliverance by dying on the cross to destroy the works of the devil (1John 3:8). Yes, God was manifested in the flesh so that man could have free and unlimited access to the throne of grace without fear or intimidation. Have you believed in Jesus Christ? Then you are at the right kingdom, full of power and glory. Refuse to be deceived by debates and nonessential arguments. For Christ’s birth is God with us. Enjoy Him. Hallelujah! The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
I DECLARE
Unto me a Child is born, unto me a Son is given. I am no more miserable, vulnerable and pitiable. For God with me makes me enjoy life to the fullest. Jesus is my Lord and Saviour. I am so glad to have God with me and in me now. Hallelujah !
