24/7 DOXA Content, 9th June-THE SUPREMACY OF HIS WILL Pt.2

GLORIOUS greetings, Cherished one. There is God’s general will for all humanity and His specific will for each individual. For instance, it is the general will of God that all should come to repentance. Apostle Peter opined it in 2 Peter 3:9 _”The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

Yes, God doesn’t want anyone’s destruction but salvation. Apostle Paul confirmed it in 1 Timothy 2:4 saying “(God) Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” He wants all to come to the knowledge of the truth through His Son. It is God’s supreme will for all His children to dominate the earth and be prosperous and be a blessing to nations. It is will His for the Gospel of Christ to be preached to all nations.

Salvation is God’s will for all humanity; God needed Jesus to full this will on earth; and Jesus also understood it that’s why He prayed in the garden of Gethsemane saying “… Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done” Luke 22:42. Walking in the will of God is the best decision as a child of God. Don’t insist on your own will against God’s will. God’s will is more glorious than yours. Allow God to work His will through you. As You learn to walk, learn and fellowship with the Holy Spirit, you will be guided to walk and fulfil God’s supreme will for your life. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always. Amen!
