ONE way to determine wisdom is at work is through words, actions and thoughts patterns. Due to this, wisdom is really visible. Yes, practical wisdom can be seen. You can’t proclaim you have wisdom and it’s hidden only inside of you. As a result of your deeds or reactions people will definitely see whether you display wisdom or not. It is said of King Solomon in 1 Kings 3:28, ”And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had judged; and they feared the king: for they SAW that the wisdom of God was in him, to do judgment.”
They saw his wisdom when they heard his judgement. Thus, his action or response towards the situation at hand caught the attention of the people of Israel. He practically proved, displayed and manifested the wisdom of God in him. Wisdom can also be heard; for wisdom has a voice and therefore speaks. Proverbs 1:20 affirms that “Wisdom cries out in the street; she raises her voice in the public squares”. Wisdom too can be taught by God. Job 33:33 says “If not, hearken unto me: hold thy peace, and I shall TEACH you wisdom”.
Cherished one, do your actions, words and thoughts really depict the wisdom of God inside you? The wisdom of God is sound and promotes everything godly and also hates anything ungodly. Therefore, KEEP sound wisdom, for it’s the true pathway to glorious success. As a New Creation, you have the wisdom of God resident in you. You do not ‘look’ outside to determine what you will say but inside of you to determine what you say or think or act. As you keep sound wisdom, wisdom will also keep and preserve you for greatness. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
Father of all true wisdom, thank You for the grace which empowers me to apply sound wisdom and discretion to solve life’s situation. Your wisdom is not just resident in me but I display it in my words, actions and thoughts through Your grace. I know You are my helper in all aspects in Jesus Name! Amen!
