SHALOM greetings, Cherished one. Yesterday, we were admonished to think on whatever is true. Another word for thinking is meditation. Aside engaging in true thinking, you must meditate on whatever is noble. These are thoughts that are full of reverence and honour. That’s awe-inspiring, respectable thoughts that are dignified by holiness. Also, meditate on things that are just. Thus, thoughts that are right, fair and equitable. Another profitable meditation is when you think of pure thoughts. Pure thoughts are chaste, clean or modest. Yes, they are thoughts that are free from carnality. Refuse profane thoughts by thinking purely.
You can also engage in lovely thoughts; thoughts inspired by love for others that befit friendliness, not wickedness or backbiting. Any thought that contradicts the lifestyle of love should be challenged. Whatever things are of good report is also a profitable meditation. Thoughts that are sound and resonate good report. Finally, if there is any virtue (such as braveness, courage, good character, quality, self-restraint, magnificence, benevolence, reliability etc ) or anything praiseworthy or worthy of approval, habitually meditate on these things.
The Message Translation concludes our focal text in this way “Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious – the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.” All these thinking are profitable because they tend to propel your life forward into success, not backwards into disgrace. Beloved, do your best to engage in profitable thinking or meditations and you’ll never regret. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

I DECLARE
I am being helped by the Holy Spirit to engage in profitable meditation. My thinking is filtered by the truth of God’s word, therefore I think true, noble, just, pure, lovely, good report, virtuous and praiseworthy thoughts. I advance in life as I consciously engage in profitable meditation in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
