24/7 DOXA Content, 7th September-STAND FIRM IN THE LIBERTY

FRUITFUL greetings, Cherished one. We are still reaffirming the assurance of our salvation in Christ alone and not in another thing, person, festival or observation. Apostle Paul addressed this because the Jewish thinking and doctrines were creeping into the Church in Colosse. Today, they are many who are supposed to know and enjoy their liberty in Christ alone.
The Jews were also obliged to observe a New Moon by attending religious worship, and offering sacrifices. Read Numbers 28:11 and 2 Kings 4:23. The day was celebrated by blowing of trumpets, special sacrifices, feasting, and religious instructions (Isaiah 1:13/ Ezekiel 46:1). However, if you are in Christ, let no one judge you or put pressure on you to observe a new moon in order to complete your salvation. You are freely saved by Christ.
Galatians 5:1 says “Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.” Any teachings, ideas, opinions, festivals, ceremonies, or rules and regulations that put restrictions on your Christian faith is not from Christ. You are free to ignore them and serve the Lord with gladness and assurance of your salvation. Stand firm in this freedom and allow nothing to hold you bound in Christ. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

I DECLARE
I stand firm in the liberty that I have in Christ Jesus. I do not confer with flesh and blood. My faith is built on nothing else except Jesus Christ and His righteousness. I refuse to be entangled with any religious bondage. I am free to enjoy my salvation in Christ. Hallelujah!
