24/7 DOXA Content, 5th April-THE EARNEST PRAYER OF THE RIGHTEOUS

SHALOM greetings, Cherished one. As a believer, you must be conscious of the reality that your effectual fervent prayer avails very much. There are different kinds of prayers, but there is an effectual fervent prayer; Not every prayer is effectual, fervent or heartfelt. Our focal text admonishes us to engage in earnest prayer. Earnest prayer is fervent, heartfelt, continued, efficient or active. Such prayer comes with certain attitude of force and faith in the power and finished works of Christ, not with dormancy, ignorance or carnality.

An effectual fervent prayer involves exercising authority over situations. It is not acting miserably and pitifully before the Father in heaven. It is the prayer unleashed in fearless confidence that the Father would hear and answer. It is not offered in doubt and uncertainty of results. Luke 22:44 says ” And being in agony, He prayed MORE EARNESTLY. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.” So Jesus engaged in “more earnest” prayers.

Also, the person behind fervent prayer should be righteous. Thus, one who has received and submitted to the righteousness of God in Christ and walks in the light of God’s word. Beloved, the outcome of a righteous person engaged in effectual fervent prayer is that it makes tremendous power available. Learn to engage in earnest, heartfelt, fervent and continued prayer, if you want to manifest tremendous results in life. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
My Father Who hears and answers my heartfelt prayer. I refuse to pray carnally. I graciously engage in effectual fervent, earnest, heartfelt and continued prayer for tremendous power and results in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen !
