24/7 DOXA Content, 4th September-RECEIVE HIS GOODNESS

GLORIOUS greetings to you, God’s Beloved. Sometimes, many of us prove our doubt for God’s word through our speech, thoughts and actions. Have you heard someone saying “God is good to this person than me…or God has not been good to me like He has to this person”? But look and read our focal text again: “The Lord is good to ALL, not some.” No matter who you are, there is a certain kind of goodness you enjoy from the Lord. The Lord is good to all and you are part of the ALL.

Stop thinking God doesn’t love you; Stop thinking God doesn’t care about you; Stop saying all the negatives about God. For God is far bigger than your thoughts. Stop thinking you know better than God. Job says “Are you saying that it’s just for you to claim, ‘I’m more righteous than God?’ (Job 35:2). He also asked in another place _”Shall mortal man be more just than God? Shall a man be purer than his Maker? (Job 4:17). Stop thinking or behaving as if you know better or care better for your life than Papa God.

What matters is your readiness to RECEIVE God’s goodness. Many are not ready to receive what God freely gives. In life, there are people who pretend they need help but are not ready to be helped. So learn to receive His goodness by acknowledging all that He has done for you through His Son. (Romans 8:32). Jesus is God’s ultimate goodness for you. Believing and relying on His finished works puts you in a position to receive the goodness of God without limit. There are no good parents who will ever hate their own children. Open wide your eyes into God’s manual for your life and enjoy His goodness in all aspects of your life. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
Good Father, I thank You for giving me the assurance of Your goodness. Thank You for caring about me. Thank you for showing me goodness and mercies. You’ve been so good to me and I express my heartfelt appreciation to You. I believe and receive Your Son, Jesus Christ. Therefore, goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
