Anything without stability easily falls down. An unstable person easily shakes in his decision making and choices. *Stability involves the ability to stand strong without heeding to negative pressures to fall.* Thus, being resistant to anything ungodly. One area that needs much stability is relationship. And marital relation is one that calls for strong stability in this crazy world. The devil attacked marriage after Creation. His deception in the Garden of Eden was to cause Adam and Eve to lose their marital bliss.
*But as a New Creation, you should never allow the devil to penetrate your marriage.* Your marriage ought to be stable as it’s built on the Rock (Matt 7:25). And one of the ways to build stability in your marriage is to engage in constant unified prayer. Yes, the way a worldly person will live his relational life is not the same for a beloved child of God. You operate by different codes of reality. Individual prayer is good but family prayer is better. There’s something so unique and soothing when couples pray together.
The world’s dating, marriage books or sites can’t tell you to pray. Why? *Because prayer is a spiritual activity and necessity and it’s not part of the worldly system.* It’s good to build strong stability in other vital areas in your marriage; but to ignore the spiritual side will cause doom to your marriage. Don’t neglect it. _Your job or work will tell you that you are busy but it pays to pray for your marriage._ I know the devil is against healthy relationships, but when the two (man and woman) comes together in prayer, it is better and they have a great reward for their labour. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
_Father of All true wisdom, I thank You for admonishing me to build a strong stability for my relationship and marriage. I refuse to play by the codes of the world. I choose to graciously operate with Your spiritual codes of reality through prayer. I am enjoying a glorious marital bliss in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!_
