GOD teaches His children through His undiluted word. Whoever will stick to the dictates of God’s word will come back with glorious testimonies. For the word of God contains self producing ability to bring results. God is faithful and He honours His word. Yes, He fulfills His word. He spoke to Jeremiah, “…You have seen well; for I watch over my word to perform it.” (Jeremiah 1:12). Yes, He watches over His unadulterated word to make it come to pass. He is not sleeping over it; He never sleeps nor slumbers on His word. Knowing and trusting His faithfulness is one reason we pray to Him.
Therefore our focal text admonishes us not be anxious for anything. Thus, don’t allow anxieties, worries and despair dominate your life. Rather, let your request, petition and supplication with THANKSGIVING be made known unto God. Thus, whatever you do by prayer, add thanksgiving to it. That’s one way to fellowship and receive from Papa God. If you’ve been praying about any request, it’s time to move in faith by receiving it with thanksgiving. You don’t always have to see the physical manifestation before you give thanks to God.
Faith sees the results in the spirit realm and thank God for it even before physical manifestation. Our Lord and master Jesus applied this principle when He raised Lazarus from the dead: “…And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I THANK You that You have HEARD ME.(John 11:41). Cherished one, receiving your request with thanksgiving is a sure sign of faith in the God that you’ve prayed to. A life of thanksgiving enforces results; Complaining and murmuring uproot your seeds and birth frustration. Learn to always live a lifestyle of thanksgiving in your prayer life. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
Precious Father Who answers the prayers of Your beloved Children. I thank You for the privilege to come to You with my request, heart desires, petition and supplication with thanksgiving. I receive answers with thanksgiving. I thank You for doing it exceedingly abundantly far above all I ask, declare and imagine in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen !
