24/7 DOXA Content, 2nd November-REFUSE TO GROW WEARY

Galatians 6 vs 
9》And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not lose heart.”~《NKJV》

IN LIFE, as part of the challenges we face each day is the urge to be weary especially in fulfilling something worthwhile in life. To be weary means “to faint or lose heart in acting nobly and doing right ” or “to be tired in pursuing a worthy course”. *The temptation to get weary in doing good almost knocks on everybody’s door.* Some are so weary to the extent that they don’t have any desire to continue the Christian journey anymore.

Weariness is the urge that makes you see life with the perception that you don’t want to continue a certain worthy task again. One usually becomes weary when he carries a heavy load of tasks or faces severe challenges in life; or when he doesn’t get great results even though it seems he is doing his best. Others too get weary when then their good deeds, efforts and abilities are not recognized or rewarded. Weariness in doing good can set in a person’s life when his good deeds are paid back with evil. This is very painful.

However, we always have consolation from the Father who knows and sees and rewards all good done. Despite what happened to you after your first acts of goodness, you are admonished to keep on doing good. Yes, keep on extending that hearty smiles, laughter, kindness, diligence and dexterity even in a “grand style” to those around you as God commands in love. This is because in due season you will be rewarded if you do not faint (Gal 6:9). If you believe in the principle of reaping whatever you sow, then keep sowing those good seeds and you’ll harvest abundance in due season.The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

I DECLARE
The power and strength that made Christ fulfill His purpose on earth is vested in me. I refuse to be weary in well doing because my rewards are from God. I have overcome every urge or spirit of weariness in my life. I know for sure that He who has began a good work in me is completing it. I will keep fighting the good fight and win the race with crowns in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
