FAVOURED greetings, Cherished one. There are enough challenges and diverse situations to cause your soul to be cast down or disquieted in you. However, you can position the state of your soul in the right condition. Our focal text says the first arena for a soul to conquer being cast down or disquieted is to hope in God.

Thus, don’t allow your soul to direct your focus; rather direct your soul to focus its hope in God. Also, based of your hope in God, sing songs of praises unto Him. People who refuse to direct their soul to hope in God resort fruitless and deceptive solution like drinking and suicidal thoughts. Beloved, God is a hope that makes no shame or disgrace (Romans 5:5).

Speak joy to it if it’s sad and sorrowful; declare hope and glorious expectations to it, when you feeling hopeless. When it feels threatened by death speak life to it that “I shall not die but will live to proclaim the goodness of God” (Ps 118:17); if all you see is hurt and pain, constantly talk to your soul “my soul, you shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living” (Psalm 27:13). As you persistently do this in faith, you’d be invoking the power of God’s word to bring the needed transformation. Don’t speak death, curse, or hurtful words to it, because words are seeds, you will reap whatever you sow- good or bad. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always. Amen!

My soul rejoice and praise the Lord. Yes! rejoice and sing praises to the Lord God of hope and comfort. The Lord is my Shepherd, He directs me to greener pastures and supplies all my needs. My soul is a blessed blessing and impacting many lives in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen !_
