BLISSFUL greetings, Cherished one. The Spirit of God inspired Apostle Paul to explain three categories of people in this world. These are the natural man, carnal man and spiritual man. First of all, the natural man is one who hasn’t embraced the life of God. Thus, He doesn’t believe in the only begotten Son of God. We are told that _”whoever has the Son has life, but whoever does not have the Son does not have life” (1 John 5:12)._ Therefore to be alien to the life of God in Christ is what makes you a natural man. The natural man has certain characteristics: He is sense or bodily- ruled. *In other words, he only believes the things his optical eyes could see and ears could hear.*
If his eyes don’t see or ears don’t hear them, he calls them falsehood. Such folks always want physical evidence to spiritual realities. Yes, his senses (sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch) become his master and teacher; he refuses to believe anything his senses cannot appropriate. The reason why he doesn’t receive the things of the Spirit is that they are foolishness unto him; he sees them as stupid and nonsense. For he is only born of a woman or man, not of God as stated in John 1:12,13. *The natural man can neither know the things of God. Note he didn’t say “won’t know or may not know” but “CAN neither know”. In the Greek it means “unable or incapable.”*
Thus, he doesn’t have that ability or capacity within him to know spiritual things. Because it takes spiritual revelation to know the things of the Spirit. The power of unbelief has blinded his eyes from receiving revelation knowledge to spiritual things. *There is no way the natural man would understood spiritual things because they are spiritually understood, discerned or examined.* But thanks be to God the natural can become born again and receive eternal life into his spirit. *Therefore cease not to preach the gospel, for there are many natural men out there.* Live above them; refuse to be deceived by any natural man for their god is the devil and senses which would send them to destruction. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Dear Good Father, I thank You for bringing me great salvation which has brought me light, illumination, revelation and understanding. I have chosen to walk with Christ all the days of my life to eternity. I refuse to kowtow to the dictates of the natural man which contradicts God’s word in Jesus Name. Amen!
