FOCAL TEXT: Matthew 13 vs 16►► “How blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear!”~|ISV|______________________________________
FAVOURED greetings, Cherished one. Jesus also unveils that His disciples’ ears are blessed. Thus, their ears are privileged or fortunate to hear the realities, principles and revelations through His teachings. He gave the reason why He said their eyes and ear were blessed by saying “For most certainly I tell you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see the things which you see, and didn’t see them, and to hear the things which you hear, and didn’t hear them” (Matthew 13:17). In Jesus’ generation, it is such a blessed experience to hear His words or teachings.
Many great prophets and righteous men of the Old Testament desired to have an experience of the things that the Messiah would say but that time was not granted them. Therefore those of us who are feeding on the words of Jesus Christ are so blessed. And what makes it so peculiar is that the words or teachings from Jesus are so relevant, different, full of spirit and life that you won’t find its calibre or substitute from any man or spirit. His words are inspired by the Spirit of the Father, full of grace, truth and impact.
Words from our Lord and Saviour Jesus should never be taken for granted. Beloved, the more you hear the words of Christ and apply His teachings to your life, the more blessed and successful you become. Therefore, choose to hear from Jesus by spending quality time with His Word and fellowship with His Spirit. Remember, Peter and the Apostles heard words from Jesus and their lives were transformed. You cannot be an exception. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank You for the privilege to hear the words of Jesus and rely on His powerful teachings. I thank You for the blessed ears to keep on hearing the realities, truths and instructions from Jesus. I rely on and apply what I hear from my Saviour for a glorious success in life in Jesus Name. Amen!_
