ONE definition of wisdom is the ability to recognize difference. The born again is different from unbelievers. There are children of God and creatures of God. And during Jesus’ earthly ministry, He always struck the difference between those who believed in Him and those who didn’t. Our focal text unveils one of such differences. And this is about the seeing capacity.
The way a believer sees is different from the rest. According to our Lord Jesus, the unbelievers heart have become dull; ears hard of hearing and eyes closed from seeing spiritual realities (Matt 13:15). When you are born again, your spirit man becomes alive to the things of God; and your spiritual eyes receives light to see well. What you used to call right now becomes wrong and what you used to call wrong becomes right to you. The things of God no more become boring or uninteresting to you.
You are happy to be with the right friends and at the right place. All because your eyes is now blessed. A blessed eyes is the one which has believed and accepted the Light of the world into his heart. Cherished one, you are fortunate and have advantage over the assaults, tricks and strategies of the devil because you have the “RIGHT” eyes to see well. Cleave to God’s word and increase the capacity of your “eye sight”. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
I DECLARE
Glory to God! I am born again. I have the life of God in me. My spirit man is alive to the things of God. My mind is alive to think like Christ. My body is subject to the discipline of the Holy Spirit. I walk with a blessed eyes. Therefore I see right and manifest what I see from Christ. My spiritual foresight is hinged on the life and character of Christ forever. Hallelujah!_
