24/7 DOXA Content, 22nd February-ROOTED AND BUILT UP IN HIM

BLISSFUL greetings, Cherished one. The life we have in Christ is a glorious one. Nothing can be closer to it or be compared to it. Henceforth, God through the revelations in the epistles shows us how the New Creation should live. We have been admonished to continue walking in Christ, the author and finisher of our faith. Almost all the admonishment in the epistles puts Christ as our perfect model of emulation and living. *No matter what you have or do, if it does not culminate in your growth and stability in Christ, then it is vanity and carnality.*

Today, our focal text says as we continue to walk in Christ, we would be rooted and built up in Him. None of us is so rooted or built up in Christ to the extent that he is above growth. No matter your level there is always a next higher level. Been rooted in Him means to be thoroughly grounded, fixed and founded in Him. You should so be rooted in Christ that you see nothing or no one to uproot you from Him. (Romans 8:31-39)

Been built up implies building upon yourself in Christ. Thus, you become so determined to grow and never remain a babe in Christ or in the things of God. Beloved, being in Christ demands a continuous lifestyle of walking in Him to be rooted and built up no matter the challenges. This will bring you to a solid and unwavering standing in Christ. Keep on being rooted and building up in Him. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank You for the glorious life in Christ. By the power of Your grace, I stay rooted and built up in You in all things that concern the faith life in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen!
