ACKNOWLEDGE HIS MERCIES

THERE are some particular resources in God that when believed and received, your life is going to blossom in glory. I do uphold diligence, hard-working, walking in the principles of God’s word anytime. However, I believe that God does many things for us according to His rich mercies. There is no way everything we are, do or have could stem from our own efforts. Mercy is not only for sinners. Everyone born of woman on this earth needs the mercy of God. Mercy is when God shows you His kindness and goodness despite your weakness, mistakes or flaws.

Mercy is when God’s power takes over your seemingly difficult situations. Mercy is when we allow God’s timely intervention in our affairs. *Mercy is when God overlooks your own struggles, strength, ability and wisdom and still helps you supernaturally.* Mercy is when God gives you life instead of paying for your own sins with death. We received God’s mercy when we believed in Christ. However, we should continue to appropriate His mercies in every aspect of our lives.

In the New Testament, blind Bartimaeus had a revelation of God’s mercy. *He understood that only the mercy of Christ could bring his healing from blindness.* So he yelled out to Jesus, _”And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me”_ (Mark 10:47). Many told him to keep quiet but _”but he cried out MUCH MORE, “You son of David, have MERCY on me!”_ (vs 48). The forty-ninth verse says _”Jesus stood still, and said, “Call him.” They called the blind man, saying to him, “Cheer up! Get up. He is calling you!”._

Cherished one, no matter how bad or worse the situation may be, I strongly believe that when you acknowledge and appropriate the mercies of the Lord in humility, He would come to your aid. *None of us is above the mercies of God.* Therefore, acknowledge and lay hold of His mercies at all times. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
_Dear Merciful Father, thank You for Your unending mercies in my life. I rely and continue rest in Your mercy. Lord, I acknowledge Your mercy upon my weaknesses, mistakes and flaws. I appropriate Your mercies upon my strengths, effort and abilities, therefore I won’t be consumed by the turbulence of this life. I enjoy Your mercies forever in all aspect of my life in Jesus Name! Amen_
