BLISSFUL greetings, Cherished one. It is out of love that God’s Spirit through the Scriptures admonishes believers to be sober and vigilant in their Christian walk. It is very vital to stay vigilant because the devil carries his deceptive tool to capture many minds in these end times. He uses human philosophy and vain deceit which are based on the traditions of men and elements of this world, and not after Christ.

Traditions imply precepts or ordinances designed by men (elders or authorities) apart from God’s word. During the earthly ministry of Jesus, He faced a brutal opposition from the tradition of the elders to the extent that He said: “Making the word of God of NONE EFFECT through your TRADITION, which you have delivered… (Mark 7:13). Many do not experience the power of God’s word because they esteem the traditions of men above the Word.

Beloved, which traditions or precepts or laws from men have you held unto that are not fashioned on Christ, His gospel and finished works? If it is not after Christ, then it can lead you into eternal crisis. Beware of any traditions of men which oppose the effectiveness of God’s word in your life. Find and overrule such in order to enjoy the effectiveness of the word of God. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

I DECLARE
My life, hope and trust are built on nothing else but Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of my faith. I receive the grace to stay vigilant against philosophy, vain deceit which emanate from the traditions of men. I overrule the effect of the traditions of men to enjoy the effectiveness of God’s word in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen!
