Gracious greetings to you, Cherished one. All glory to God for another blessed day. Yesterday, we were admonished by God’s word to strengthen the feeble and encourage them to stand in the faith. This implies that at every level there are living proofs of the strength or power of the Holy Spirit. In other words, there are many living witnesses to the truth of God’s word in diverse areas. It is always best to look to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. However, it is equally important to also look and learn from someone who has been able to prove the reality of God’s word in his life on this earth.
God is faithful and His goodness endures forever. So He always leaves Himself a witness. There are people alive today who have the track record of God’s goodness and power in diverse areas of their lives. For instance, when it comes to divine healing, aside learning from those people who received their healing directly from Jesus Christ in the Bible, you can find in your area, church or community a person who has witnessed divine healing before. In terms of financial prosperity, you can engage physically with someone who was so poor but is now rich by applying the success principles of God’s word in the Bible.
These people are living proofs that God’s word works. If for instance you know that Mr. A applied God’s word and became successful in life, it is a sure sign that when Mr. B also apply God’s word it won’t fail. God’s word is a law; it can’t work for one and fail another when applied in faith. The same way the law of gravity works for anyone who applies it, so will God’s word works for all who’ll apply it. Beloved, there are millions of proofs or evidence that God’s word is true and workable. Emulate from those alive in your area who through faith and patience have proven the reality of God’s word. And let them be your living pointers to boost your faith in the higher life in Christ. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
Ever Faithful Father, I thank You for surrounding me with living pointers to the reality of Your Word. I am fully persuaded in You and put all my trust in Your word. I refuse to be slothful. I graciously choose to learn from the living testifiers around me. I am also a living proof that Your word works in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen !
