LOVELY greetings to you Cherished one. There are many who have felt broken-hearted and hurt in their relationships. *Oftentimes, such people become hurt whenever people they appreciate, honour and love take what they offer for granted or lightly.* That is a painful experience. Mankind is made in such a way that he has some basic needs which far exceeds material needs. Such special needs form part of healthy relationship ethics. These are the need to be appreciated, honoured and loved. When someone downplays any of these, no relationship can thrive healthily.
The need to be appreciated lies within the heart of almost everyone. That is why saying “THANK YOU” never becomes outmoded. *Be very careful of people who refuse to show appreciation at most times. Such folks don’t go far.* Showing appreciation to God and your neighbour opens more doors in the future. It can establish a solid network relationship of favour and rewards. Never see any act of kindness as a mere temporal show off. Every kind act carries a weightier platform into the future.
Jesus said “And the King will answer them, ‘I tell you the truth, just as you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did it for me.” (Matthew 25:40). Two, the need to be honoured. The holy Bible says _”Give honour to whom honour is due” (Romans 13:7). Develop the attitude of honouring people; its results are very rewarding. Honour your leaders, parents, friends, relatives and loved ones. Lastly, the need to love and be shown love. Let brotherly love continue (Romans 12:10). Love is the bond of perfection. Love settles a lot of conflicts and mends broken heart, and makes life worth living. Practice and meet these needs for a glorious relationship experience. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.
PRAYER
Dear Loving Father, I bless Your holy Name for the glorious revelation in Your unfailing word. I graciously choose to genuinely appreciate, honour and love people as You help me by Your Spirit. I refuse to give place to offences, bitterness and despising people. For Your love is shed abroad in my heart by Your Holy Spirit. I enjoy healthy thriving relationships in Jesus Lovely Name. Amen !_
