GRACEFUL greetings to you, Cherished one. God’s nature is love and truth; that of the devil is lies and wickedness. Jesus revealed this reality to those who boasted of Abraham as their father and yet did not do the works of Abraham. He told them, “You are of your father, the devil”. Thus, those exhibiting such attitudes were doing so due to their origin. In other words, your source determines your lifestyle. Our Lord also connected the devil to murderer; a liar is capable of many evils.
He is an embodiment of all lies because no truth abides in him; there is no truth in him. *He is forever a twister and deceiver. He can’t tell a little truth, though he sometimes comes as angel of light (1Cor 11:14).* And because no truth abides in him, he speaks lies from within himself. He is the fountain of lies. For he is the father of it. Therefore he is the origin or source of lies. This has been his life since he rebelled against God. He is “anti- truth”.
Therefore, as a New Creation, you must know and live the truth; because the Truth lives in you. Jesus and His word is truth (Mat 17:17; John 14:6). Until you encounter truth, you will be living a lie all your life. The devil lies about your prosperity, health, righteousness, finances and everything God says to you; because he is FOREVER a liar. Never allow him to deceive you in anyway. Stick to the MESSIAH, the Truth and you’ll forever enjoy the best of life. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.
PRAYER
Perfect Father, thank You for Your everlasting faithfulness. You have proven beyond all reasonable doubt that all Your ways, will and words are trustworthy. Because I know the truth, I am able to recognize the lies of the wicked one. I refuse to be deceived. Your truth has made me free in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen !
