VICTORY greetings to you, Cherished one. The fear the devil and his cohorts have kept many in bondage resulting in failure, fear, untimely death and intimidation. Are you a victim? Do you fear the devil and his demons though you are a Christian? Well, God has got good news for you in our focal scripture. Carefully read again and meditate on it. Jesus disarmed principalities and powers. Hallelujah! He is not trying to; he did it (in the past), not in the future.
He disarmed them; in other words, He wholly stripped off all the arms of the devil against you. Whatever armour the devil used against you was disarmed by Jesus (the arm of sin, guilt, fear, deception, condemnation, death, intimidation etc) was completely stripped off. No Satan, witch or demon has any power over your life again (Luke 10:19). So you don’t have to be afraid of the devil, but you must affirm or enforce his defeat at all times.
Beloved, get it straight, Jesus has conquered and defeated the devil, so enjoy your victory over him. You can now resist him from putting sin, sickness, poverty, death on your life. Enforce the devil’s defeat by applying the power of God’s word and Spirit which have the ability to build up your faith, boldness and confidence. God’s word is the greatest weapon for any believer to successfully wage wars. Don’t close it and use “other means”. As you rise up and apply the weapons of God, you’ll be enjoying all-round victory. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is with you. Amen!
I DECLARE
I stand on my ground in the authority given to me by Jesus and I enforce my eternal victory over the devil and his cohorts. I resist them and they flee in fear. I refuse to accept anything that is inconsistent with God’s word for my life. Thanks to God who always causes me to triumph in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
