Joyful greetings to you, Cherished one.
MANY great virtues make the true Christian distinct from the others. One of them is JOY, which God’s Spirit imparts to believers through the new birth (Galatians5:22). A joyful Christian is always victorious. And this kind of joy is so superior to what the world happiness. It’s such a powerful tool for any believer to prevail even in difficult times and perverse generation. It’s very vital you serve the Lord with joy and gladness of heart.
This kind of joy is not a plaything of environment and slave of circumstances. Our joy is more than “happiness” which mostly depends on the happenings of the environment, rather JOY which is based on a Person. Our focal text unveils that this joy works by faith in Christ. Because though you haven’t seen Him, you believe in Him. And your faith in Him ignites indescribable and glorious joy. Your JOY is not measured by the quantity of things you possess in the world but the quality of relationship and fellowship God has with you through His Son. It’s inexpressible and irreplaceable. Hallelujah!
When this joy envelopes your life, you can look at diverse temptations, trials and tests and still smile from a grateful heart that “all is well”. Precious one, take advantage of this kind of joy that God gives to His children and live a glorious life. Don’t allow sorrow to ruin your life. Refuse to live your joyful life base on the number of things you have. And decide to live base on the ONE you have, Who gives you all things to enjoy with glorious joy. The rich grace of the Lord Jesus be with you always.
I DECLARE
Jesus is my eternal life and eternal joy. I live a life full of indescribable and glorious joy. And His joy gives me more than enough strength to move on in the journey of life. I rejoice again and again in His love; grace and personality. Hallelujah !
