JOYOUS greetings to you, Cherished one. One aspect in the holy Scriptures which should always incite hope, faith and comfort in you is when you hear words from the mouth of Papa God Himself. Thus, it’s a blessing when you see the “I AMs or thus says the LORDs” speaking His will and plans concerning your life. Moreover, it feels so glorious, refreshing and comforting when Papa God Himself tell you who He is and what He can do for you. For instance, the first part of our focal text, He says “Fear not, for I am with you.” Now He says “Be not dismayed, because I AM your God.”
In other words, if you have chosen Him as your God, He has accepted to be Your God. God is saying “I am your personal God.” Yes, you are a human being who has a personal God; A human being who has encountered the highest supreme Divinity. By virtue of He being your God, He says don’t be dismayed. Being dismayed means gazing about in fear or terror. In other words, it implies to disable with alarm or apprehensions; to depress the spirits or courage of; to deprive of firmness and energy through fear; Being dismayed involves walking in constant discouragement or being terrified.
Don’t be dismayed. Don’t be discouraged. Don’t allow anything to suppress your energy and passion for success and the glorious life in Christ. Sometimes, the challenges of life become overwhelming and causes people to look elsewhere. God is saying don’t look elsewhere because He is your personal God. When you fall, He will lift you up. When you feel weak, He is your everlasting strength. When you are downhearted and needs comfort or help, He has given you His Holy Spirit to do that work. Relax and enjoy the journey by His grace through faith; because you have a personal God supporting you forever. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
I DECLARE
Hallelujah, Papa God has chosen to be my personal God. I walk this life with the highest supreme Divinity. I am never alone in this journey. Papa God backs and supports me all way round. Therefore I refuse to be dismayed or discouraged. My eyes, mind and heart are set on Him for all that pertains to the glorious life and godliness in all-round success in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen !
