BLISSFUL greetings to you, Cherished one. Do you know and believe that some of the happenings of life are spiritual than just natural or physical? I do believe some things are naturally related that can be seen and explained by the senses, science and educational wisdom. Notwithstanding, most matters have a spiritual bearing on them. This is why you must know, believe and understand spiritual things. *No matter how learned, academically intelligent, calculated or reasonable you think you are, there are issues of life that can be dealt with only with spiritual intelligence.*
Jesus exemplified this using the woman whom Satan had bound for eighteen years. He quizzed the Pharisees “Shouldn’t this woman, a descendant of Abraham whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free from this bondage on the Sabbath day?”(Luke 13:16). According to Jesus, this woman’s issue was spiritual which the Pharisees couldn’t see because they were natural or carnal people. She needed the power of God, not medicine. Our focal text enjoins that such folks don’t accept the things that relate to the Spirit of God for they are foolishness to them and also spiritually discerned or evaluated.
Beloved, many become victims in life because they are trying to solve spiritual-related problems with natural strength, senses, educational or scientific wisdom. But as a New Creation, you have different eyes to see and discern into things spiritually, not only carnally or naturally. You need spiritual intelligence to discern into most of the situations in your life else you will be disadvantaged. Develop an intimate fellowship with the Holy Spirit who is the ancient Teacher and Revealer of all truths relating to spiritual matters. Be spiritually wise and empowered for God and also against anything ungodly. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always. Amen.
PRAYER
Dear Lovely Father, thank You for giving me blessed eyes to see and discern into matters spiritually. I refuse to be arrogant or ignorant in the things related to Your Spirit. I allow Your Spirit to lead, guide, instruct and direct me into victory in all aspects of my life in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
