24/7 DOXA Content 2019 SATURDAY, 14th September-THE TEACHINGS OF GRACE

GRACIOUS greetings to you, Cherished one. The grace of God is one vital subject in the Kingdom. Many have expressed their opinions but let’s see what the Spirit of God truly teaches. Grace is mostly defined as undeserved favour. Grace is the benevolent doings of God for His Children. It’s that force which affords joy, peace, pleasure and sweetness. The grace of God is a beautiful gift to His Children. Our focal text unveils the nature and purpose of the grace that emanates from God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is written “The law was given by Moses, but GRACE and TRUTH came by Jesus Christ. (John 1:17). So wherever there is grace, truth also prevails. Grace doesn’t thrive in falsehood and ignorance. Grace multiplies through the knowledge of God and our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 1:2). We can clearly see from our focal text that it is the grace of God that brings salvation to all people. So salvation is the first teachings of grace. We all needed salvation but none of us deserved salvation or could earn it by his good deeds or works.

Therefore salvation is a pure function of God’s unmerited favour or grace for mankind. Salvation is not the doing of any man or spirit. It’s truly and only by grace. Ephesians 2:8-9 says “For by GRACE you have been SAVED through faith, and that NOT of YOURSELVES; it is the GIFT of God, NOT of WORKS, that no one would boast.” Hallelujah! Beloved, the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all. Receive God’s grace in abundance and take advantage of it. Believe in Jesus, the sole author of salvation and enjoy the free grace of God. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
The Ever-wise and gracious Father, I thank You for bringing me Your grace into my life. I humbly submit and embrace Your grace for salvation that comes through Jesus Christ, my Lord. I am saved, sound and secured in Your grace. I continue to be empowered to live by the teachings of Your grace in Jesus Gracious Name. Amen!
