Fruitful greetings to you, Cherished one. Thanks to God for a blessed week. Do you know your purpose on this earth? If no, are you on the journey to discover it? Or are you just living life chasing every “opportunity” that comes your way? No matter who you are, you are born with a purpose. And you must discover, develop and fulfill that purpose. Remember, you are not born to do everything that comes your way. You are destined to do certain things in order to be successful. And one factor that will help you fulfill your purpose is having a great passion.
Show me any great person, and I will show you he is so passionate about what he’s been called to you. When purpose meets passion, success is inevitable. Passion is that positive drive or impetus that ignites your purpose. It is that fervour or tireless devotion or determination for a worthy course. Whenever you become passionate about your purpose, you encourage yourself for a higher dimension. Having a passion for what you do is a sure sign that you appreciate and value your assignment. Like Apostle Paul, you will magnify your office.
Value your profession, vocation, skill, talents, and gifts given to you by God. Don’t demean or devalue it. Speak well of your office. According to our focal text, Jesus Christ was so passionate about the house of the Lord that He made sure the right things were done there. Passion is the engine that fuels your purpose. When you are passionate about your calling or purpose, you don’t allow challenges to stop you from achieving your goals. Raise the level of your passion and you’ll gloriously fulfil your divine purpose. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
Father of glorious purposes, I thank You for unveiling to me the essence of walking in purpose with passion. I receive more grace to live a passionate life in order to fulfill my divine purpose. With passion, I will advance and make progress in whatever You’ve called me to do in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
