FAVOURED greetings, Cherished one. LIFE is good. Life is precious. Life is worth living. Life is life that’s why it is called life. If you have life today, then you have a great privilege and opportunity. It is the living who can make exploits. *All the changes, transformation and positive impact you see around are done by the living, not the dead.* Therefore you must appreciate the life you have now. The world is full of challenges, oppositions, struggles, disappointments, wickedness and the likes.
However, there is another good side of life in this world that you must see and enjoy no matter what goes around you. You must not see life in only one perspective, see the other side too. The world is also full of good people, opportunities, privileges favours and so many benefits. The scripture says challenges or temptations are common to mankind (1 Corinthians 10:13). So don’t hurt yourself when going through challenges. Count it all joy (James 1:12). You are not the first person to go through challenges. Therefore, don’t think as if life hates you and want to punish you when you are faced with one.
Challenges are meant to be conquered by you. Don’t allow them to dictate or dominate you. Our focal text says you must desire and love life. In other words, choose to live and enjoy life. Our world is full of people contemplating suicide here and there; But you, amidst all the challenges, Choose to live and love life. Suicide is not the best way to end the challenges you go through. Refuse to feel inferior; Refrain from listening to words of discouragement. Don’t allow thoughts of failure and defeat dominate your thinking. Beloved, if you desire to love life and see many days, choose to speak life, love life and enjoy life. You are too needed and relevant to hate life. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.
PRAYER
Gracious Father, I thank You for given me the hope to live and enjoy life amidst challenges. You have assured to be with me even in the fire. So though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. I choose life, love it and see many days in fulfilling Your course for my life. Discouragement, depression, oppression are crushed under my feet in Jesus Blessed Name. Amen!_
