24/7 DOXA Content, 1st June-RECONCILED TO GOD HIMSELF

FOCAL TEXT: 2 Corinthians 5 vs 19

FRUITFUL greetings, Cherished one. The beauty of Christianity is such that everything is entailed in a perfect plan of God. And God’s perfect plan was sending Jesus to save the whole world from sin (1 John 2:2). John 1:29 testifies that Jesus is the “Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world”. Our focal text says “God was in Christ”. Thus, He manifested Himself in the flesh in Christ in order to redeem mankind from the sin problem.

Sin caused a spiritual separation (death) between God and humanity (Romans 6:23). However, “…God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh (Romans 8:3). When you believe in Jesus you enjoy the effects of reconciliation. To reconcile means to return to favour with or to receive one into favour. God is not angry with you again because you are reconciled to Him.

God didnt calculate the sinner’s sins on him. He laid on Jesus all the sins of the world (1 Peter 2:24; 1 John 2:1,2). You are made free from the law of sin and death to walk by the law of the Spirit and newness of life in Christ. Rejoice because you are reconciled to God Himself. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

I DECLARE
I am enjoying my relationship with my Father through Christ Jesus. All my sins have been laid on Jesus. My sins are not imputed on me anymore. I have peace with God and rightly live for Him. I have received the ministry of reconciliation to bring many souls to Christ. Hallelujah!
