OUR focal text is loaded with glorious revelations about the Living Messiah. It conveys a prophetic bearing from Psalms 45:6-7 which the writer unveils as concerning Jesus Christ. Thus, Jesus Christ fulfills that prophecy of reigning forever and upholding the sceptre of righteousness. He unveils to us His God nature. John the Baptist confirmed that “He who comes from ABOVE is ABOVE ALL…” (John 3:31). Jesus Himself said “No one has gone up to heaven EXCEPT the one who CAME down from heaven, the Son of Man who is in heaven.” (John 3:13).

Even though, Jesus Christ didn’t bring His human nature from Heaven, He came from heaven in His divine person; being God, He took the form of a man. (Philip 2:5-11). Observing the words of Jesus and our focal text, it is clearly evident that God bestowed and anointed Christ with the highest office of dignity, anointing and superiority above all the prophets and patriarchs of old, those present and those to come. *His office and anointing is above ALL.*

His righteousness is above ALL. His Kingdom reigns forever. *Beloved, when you understand the revelation of who Jesus is, you will not just place Him as a religious leader.* He is much more than whatever you could imagine or think. He is all that the Father through His Spirit reveals about Him. He is worthy as our Lord and Saviour. Any prophet or king or priest lasts for a certain era or generation. But Jesus Christ who is all in all prophet, king and priest REIGNS forevermore. He is truly above all. Walk in this revelation and enjoy His life in abundance. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
Dear Lord Jesus, I praise Your holy Name. I adore Your majesty. For Your kingdom is forever and You only hold the sceptre of righteousness. You are forever above all in glory, power, dignity, anointing, wisdom, honour, blessing and deserve to be worshipped as Lord and Saviour. Glory to Your Name, King of kings and Lord of lords. Hallelujah!_
