BLISSFUL greetings to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Our focal text portrays Papa God encouraging His children and showing them the possibilities that lie in trusting His words. He says don’t fear because He is with you. Don’t be dismayed for He is your God and now He says “I will strengthen you”. For no man has the ultimate power to spiritually strengthen another. The word “strengthen” in the Hebrew means be courageous, stronger, establish, fortify, harden, or prevail.
In other words, God is saying He will strengthen, fortify and make you prevail. *He will cause you to be hardened and fortified against challenges and any adversary.* He will make you stronger to the extent that you will become unmovable. The Amplified Translation throws more light and says_”…I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties…” Thus, no amount of challenges will be able to break you or put you down. Also, He is with you to help you conquer any form of weakness.
Beloved, when God says He will strengthen you, it implies He has taken that responsibility upon Himself. God strengthens you by His Spirit within you. It is written, “…not by might, not power but by My Spirit saith the LORD of host” (Zechariah 4:6). The Spirit of God in you is strength. Draw out strength from Him to fulfill your divine assignment. And His Spirit in you will ignite strong energy in you to pray and study God’s word and press into glorious success. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Father, You are my strength and shield. In You, I live and move and have my being. You are my strength to overcome all sort of weakness of spirit, soul and body. I humbly position my self to receive the strength that You give through Your Holy Spirit. I overcome every form of weakness in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!_
