GRACIOUS greetings Cherished one. Every Christian who is walking in the light of God’s word know that we are in the end times or last days. And what the devil desire is the souls of people, not just your material wealth or riches. However, he uses these treasures as baits to manipulate many people into his side of thinking and lifestyle. Many are succumbing to pressure to gain wealth by all means without thinking about the repercussions on their life or society. Our focal text says wealth gained by wickedness profit nothing.
Gaining wealth by wickedness means wealth acquired by wrong means, fraud, scamming, deception, lies and dishonest means. Wickedness is seen when the result of your action brings pain and hurt to people. It is also displayed when your actions pervert the right moral standards of God and humanity. There is no profit in acquiring wealth in wickedness. It may seem to be profitable in people’s sight but it’s nothing before God. It is the profit of your soul that pleases God. Beloved, do not learn from their type of success. If someone is doing evil to get money or wealth, it profits nothing; don’t envy such people.
Your life is more than a house, car, money, mansions, and any other highly expensive treasure on earth. Nothing can be compared to the worth of your soul. As a child of God, don’t copy their success. Don’t allow anyone to give you worldly pressure to impress or become popular. Popularity fades away with time. Wealth diminishes with time. But your soul if saved will enjoy eternal bliss. Don’t trade your life, conscience or integrity for treasures in dishonest means. Acquire wealth through righteous and honest means and it will bring profit to other people. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Thank You, Father, for the wisdom gained from Your Word. The affairs of my life are progressing in the truth of Your word. I refuse to trade my life in wickedness for treasures that fade away. I receive increased grace to engage in profitable ventures in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen!
