FAVOURED greetings, Cherished one. Apostle Paul and Silas were imprisoned for the sake of the gospel and a miracle performed by the power of God. They had chains on their hands and feet but their spirit, renewed minds and mouths could not be chained. So they released a strategy to respond to their current situation. And they responded by praying and singing praises unto God. They did not praise the situation or deny the Christ who called them.

This is how to live as a New Creation in times of challenges. Resort to praying and singing praises to the Lord, not to worry, wail or lamentations; because these will not change anything in your life. Joshua and Caleb responded to giants as their bread (Numbers 14:9). *Whenever you respond in faith, you put fear in the adversary and the situation at hand; and they lose their dominion over you.* Friend, your response to situations determine the outcome.

Paul and Silas chose to respond in faith, not otherwise. By so doing, they made God’s power available for wonders and liberation. They further turned the devil’s agenda of persecution to fulfilling God’s purpose of salvation (Acts 16:30,31). Beloved, your response matters; choose to respond in heartfelt prayers and praises to activate the wonder-working power of God to your advantage. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Faithful Father, I thank You for inspiring great faith in me to respond to situations in the way You want. I refuse to wail, murmur and lament. I turn all into prayers and praises unto You. Let Your purposeful will be done in glory for my life in Jesus Precious Name. Amen !
