Believing in Jesus Christ as the Son of God gives you access to enjoy eternal life, the God kind of life (John 3:16). It also means you are aligning yourself with the redemption plan of God through His Son (Gen 3:15). Another vital truth linked to your salvation is to believe that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh (i.e human form). Yes, God literally became a man. The holy scripture says: And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory” (1Timothy 3:16).
According to our focal text, it’s deception to believe that Jesus didn’t come in human form. In other words, any teachings or religion which does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is against or opposes Christ. Whoever opposes Christ also opposes the total counsel of God in redeeming man from sin and Satan. You being a Christian means you accept the virgin birth of Christ through a woman: “But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law (Gal 4:4).
Cherished one, these are the spiritual codes that govern your salvation.* You are not saved if you doubt Jesus as the begotten Son of God. Also you are not saved and even seen as antichrist if you doubt Jesus Christ came in the flesh.1 John 1:1 says: “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;” Walk in the consciousness and realities concerning your salvation as a Christian. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
PRAYER
My Father Who lives in me forever. Father of all wisdom and truth, I thank and celebrate the wonder that surround Your majesty and godliness. I believe that Jesus Christ came in the flesh to fulfill Your assignment. I enjoy the benefits of my salvation through Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
