HOPEFUL greetings, Cherished one. The birth, crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ have a lifetime significance to the believer. None of these was just a show-off or fairy tale. His resurrection forms part of the beauty and glory of the Christian faith. Resurrection means rising from the dead and becoming alive again. Jesus truly died and came back to life by the power of God.
Jesus had dominion over the devil, sin, grave and death. He confessed boldly in Revelation 1:18 “I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.” His resurrection gives a lifetime inspiration and assurance for every believer. It gives you a living hope beyond this earthly realm without any iota of uncertainty.
Our focal text unveils that if our hope in Christ was only in this life, then we would be the most miserable or pitiable of all men. But the glorious news is that our hope in Christ far exceeds this earth realm even to eternity because Christ rose from the dead and lives forevermore. Christianity is not a religion with a dead man; It is a relationship with a living King. The resurrected King is our living hope; therefore our Hope is alive forevermore. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always.

PRAYER
Lord Jesus, I thank You for dying and rising again for me. My hope is alive in You, the risen Christ. I am not miserable, hopeless or pitiable because You live forevermore. My hope in You far exceeds this realm. I graciously enjoy the benefits of Your resurrection forever. Hallelujah !
