AS a believer, whiles you keep on praying, receiving prayers from the elders of the church and praying for one another, you must be conscious of the reality that your effectual fervent prayer avails very much. There are different kinds of prayers; but there are effectual fervent prayer. Not every prayer is effectually fervent or heartfelt. Our focal text is unveiling to us to engage in effectual fervent prayer, not just prayer, if we want our prayer to avail very much. A fervent prayer is one which is earnest, heartfelt, continued, efficient or active.

Such prayer comes with certain attitude of force, faith and “positive violence”; not with dormancy, casually or carnality. During the earthly ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, it is written that “And being in agony, He prayed MORE EARNESTLY. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground” (Luke 22:44). That was fervent heartfelt prayer. Also, the person behind such prayer should be a righteous man. Thus, one who has received and submitted to the righteousness of God in Christ and walks in the light of God’s word.

Cherished one, the outcome of a righteous person engaged in effectual fevent prayer is that, it makes tremendous power available dynamic in its working; It also produces wonderful results. The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with. Beloved, do you want tremendous power and wonderful results produced in your life, then learn to engage in earnest, heartfelt, fervent and continued prayer. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.

PRAYER
_Precious Father Who hears and answers my heartfelt prayer. I refuse to pray casually or carnally. I graciously engage in effectual fervent, earnest, heartfelt and continued prayer for tremendous power and results in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen !_
