BLISSFUL greetings, Cherished one. In Genesis, God gave humanity the mandate to have dominion over everything He’s created. *Henceforth, God never designed that anything should have dominion over the man He created. It is illegal. That’s why as a New Creation sin shall not have dominion over you.* Being under grace also implies that grace has become our teacher as stated in Titus 2:11,12: “For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.

Every teacher gives instructions or commands that help students in the right direction. So you are taught by grace to live as a student of grace. Moreover, sin shall not have dominion over you because Christ, the giver of this kind of grace was without sin and therefore is superior to the Adamic nature which is subject to deceit and disobedience. Christ was never controlled or manipulated by the power of sin. If Jesus Christ was controlled by sin His death and grace couldn’t empower any one to control sin; but since He became obedient and overcame sin anyone who truly believes in Him has great pleasure for righteousness and displeasure for ungodliness.

This grace works after the nature and character of Christ, the Righteous One. Christ is the fullness of grace and truth and His Spirit also lives in you. Yes, He is the total embodiment of all manner of graces. Therefore stay strong and consistently take advantage of this grace in Christ and exercise dominion over sin. The rich grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abounds towards you always. Amen!

PRAYER

Glory to God, I am born again in Christ to have dominion and reign in life by the power of the His abundant grace and His Spirit at work in me. I humbly and graciously yield to the dictates of God’s grace to exercise dominion over sin in the Blessed Name of Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen !
